Refund policy
At Urban Pulse Life, your satisfaction is our priority.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or report an issue.
No Physical Returns Required Due to the nature of our international supply chain, we do not require customers to ship items back. All issues are resolved through refunds or replacements sent directly to you.
When We Issue a Refund or Replacement We'll make it right if your order:
- Arrives damaged or defective
- Is missing items
- Contains an incorrect item
- Is never delivered
To submit a claim, email us at support@urbanpulselife.shop with photo or video evidence of the issue within 30 days of delivery. We review all claims and respond within 2–3 business days.
Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or print-on-demand items may take 3–5 business days to process before shipping.
Order Delays If your tracking shows no movement, we'll issue a refund or replacement after:
- 45 days in transit for U.S. orders
- 60 days in transit for all other countries
- 110 days for Brazil
Canceled Orders Orders canceled before processing or shipping receive a full refund.
Exceptions / Non-Eligible Claims
- Items delivered successfully without a non-delivery certificate
- Dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality or condition
- Claims submitted more than 90 days after the order date
- Sale items and gift cards
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Refunds Once your claim is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@urbanpulselife.shop.
